Use of the Service
You agree to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated information required to set up your account. Failure to do so will constitute a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your rights to use your account. The account is solely for your personal use and may not be used by any other person. As part of the registration process, you will be provided with an auto-generated password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and you will be responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not authorized by you.

Your Profile
By using this website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Profile and password, and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Profile or password. When accessing the Members Area, you are required to enter your username and password each time. Since access to your Profile is protected by your username and password, it is very important that you protect your password by making it known only to you. To ensure you are the only person that knows your personal access information, all access to your login information should not be written down or accessible to other persons, even if you believe it is disguised. Do not disclose your password to anyone, including family members or friends. DVGCS will not be held responsible for any access gained by third parties to your personal Profile, whether the login details were provided by you or were otherwise obtained.

Fees and Charges
You understand that there are no fees to apply to the Diversity Visa Program. DVGCS charges a one time processing fee, based on the number of applicants and entries selected by you, solely for the collection of your information, optional scanning of your photographs and the processing and submitting of your application to the State Department. We reserve the right to change prospectively the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges for the Service, and to institute new fees or charges for access to portions of the Service effective upon prior notice to you by posting such changes on the Site or by sending e-mails to the address provided in your account.

Refund Policy
As soon as payment is received, the Client is deemed to have engaged the Service of DVGCS. As such, payments are non-refundable.

No Guarantee of Winning
You understand that this application is a Lottery and not a guarantee of winning. All applications submitted receive an equal opportunity. A governmental computer will randomly select eligible entrants

Ticket for Winners
Lottery Winners that have registered on our website will receive a a free airline ticket (up to $500). To recieve your $500 ticket reimbursement please submit your winning notice from the national visa center along with your username and a copy of the airline ticket. Please allow up to 21 business days to receive your money order/cashier check.
